Financial Disclosure Rule for Judges

The Louisiana Supreme Court adopted a Court Rule which enacts financial disclosure provisions for state court judges and revised Canon 6 of the Code of Judicial Conduct relative to the restrictions on the receipt and reporting of gifts by judges
